Frequently Asked Questions
These are not currently a primary service area. We may help with software setup or simple issues, but may refer disassembly, screen, or board repairs to the manufacturer or a specialist.
We can help with connection setup and fault assessment. Internal repair or model-specific parts depend on the model and symptoms.
We can help with connections, display settings, and fault assessment. Internal repair depends on the model and symptoms because of display panels, high-voltage parts, and limited parts availability.

Yes. Depending on the method, apps, settings, and files may be affected, so back up data and confirm licensing first.
Repair does not guarantee data recovery. Severe storage failure may require a specialist recovery provider.
Some software and usage issues can be checked remotely. Hardware work and non-booting devices require in-person service.
Yes. Known work is quoted first; items confirmed only after diagnosis are approved again before continuing.
At completion, we check functions relevant to the work with the customer, such as startup, display output, and component detection. If functional damage is confirmed to have been caused by our work, we will repair, replace, or provide compensation of an appropriate value according to the circumstances. Age-related deterioration, existing damage, initial component defects, and product-design issues are assessed separately after we explain the findings.
Normal insertion and removal can leave contact marks, and connectors and slots have a finite mechanical insertion life. Contact marks or minor cosmetic changes caused by the product's construction are generally not treated as compensable damage when normal function is unaffected. If our work is confirmed to have made the card unusable, we will repair, replace, or provide compensation of an appropriate value according to the circumstances.
We compare the pre-service condition, the work performed, and the completion-test results, with normal operation as the main criterion. On-site work ends after the customer confirms operation with us. A later issue is not automatically attributed to the work; we assess its timing, symptoms, relationship to the serviced area, and test findings. Stop using the device and contact us promptly if you notice an abnormality.
