Yes. We are a legally registered business. Our company name, address, and contact details are disclosed on the transactions law page as required by law.
Service work is paid after completion and your inspection.
Electronic payments such as PayPay carry a roughly 2% platform fee, and credit cards carry about a 3.5% fee. We don't add extra fees for cash or bank transfer, though your bank may charge its own transfer fee.
Yes. Let us know before checkout if you'd like to split the amount across payment methods, and we'll help arrange it.
Yes. We provide a receipt after payment. If you need a formal invoice, please tell us the billing details in advance.
Completed services are generally non-refundable. If we are unable to provide the service due to our own fault, we will arrange an appropriate refund. Custom or special-order items generally cannot be canceled or refunded once ordered.
Credit cards can only be used for in-store visits; we cannot process card payments on-site or by mail. For on-site service, please use cash, bank transfer, or an electronic payment method.
When paying by credit card, you can use the installment service offered by your card issuer. The number of installments and any related fees are determined by the issuer, so please confirm the terms with them at checkout. Other payment methods do not support installments.
For custom PCs, special-order parts, and mail orders, we collect a deposit at the quotation stage. The exact amount is shown on the quotation page. Booked services generally do not require a deposit.
Yes. Please let us know your company billing details in advance so we can adjust the process and documentation accordingly.
For in-store and on-site service, please be present to confirm the amount at payment. For mail-in or online payment, you can complete the transfer in advance and we will confirm afterward.
We do not store your card number or other sensitive payment details directly. Electronic payments are processed through each platform's official channel, and security measures follow that platform's policy.
Cancellations for customer convenience are not accepted after placing a product order as a general rule. If we exceptionally accept one, reasonable costs already incurred and not recoverable will be deducted and any remaining balance refunded. For booked services, check the cancellation terms shown when booking or separately agreed.
